Is this for real?? “YES”!

I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but change is afoot, especially for the nonprofit sector. In what seems like a blink of the eye the world as we knew it is very different.  I’m not going to get political here, but I don’t think any of us have lived through a time quite like this. I know I haven’t and I’m pretty dang old!

So, I think we all need to come to grips with the fact that “Yes”, this is for real and the sector needs to adapt as quickly as possible. I know that’s easier said than done for many nonprofits who are in the crosshairs of significant change. We at TANGO are committed to helping. And as many of you know, our mission is “to help nonprofits thrive…from a business perspective”.

Now more than ever do tax exempt businesses (I despise the term nonprofit) need to take a step back and review how they’re doing business. Whether it’s considering mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, group purchasing, creating a social enterprise or diversifying funding sources we have some answers, and if we don’t, I promise we will work hard to find them.
