In this working session we will use the tools we shared and discussed in our past HR SWOT program to further analyze our own HR function. We will work in teams to identify several elements of an effective HR strategy and evaluate our own HR infrastructure and the tools and resources necessary for success. This session will allow you to collaborate with HR peers from a variety of organizations and backgrounds.
Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop even if you did not attend the last HR session
