Complimentary to Women Leaders in the Nonprofit Sector!

Our Q1 WTTL event will be hosted by: Tangible Development who will cover the topic of:

Resilience as an Inclusive Leader: Navigating Challenges to Foster Equitable Opportunities for Women Leaders!

Inclusive leadership requires resilience—the ability to persist in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) despite challenges, setbacks, and potential resistance.

In this session, Marlia Fontaine-Weisse, VP of Service Delivery from Tangible Development will facilitate a discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing women leaders in the present moment and how our pooled experiences can pave the way toward greater success.

Emphasizing the impact of values and identities, this session will help women leaders show up authentically, fostering trust and connection within their teams.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the key aspects of resilient inclusive leadership: Grit, adaptability, emotional intelligence, persistence, self-awareness, and authenticity.
  2. Connect and network through sharing the current realities and experiences of women in leadership.
  3. Explore how personal values and identities influence leadership style and decision-making.
  4. Recognize the importance of resilience in overcoming challenges to DEI efforts.
  5. Cultivate resilience through actionable strategies and best practices.

Join us to learn how to bounce back from criticism or obstacles, advocate for a diverse workforce, and create equitable opportunities for women in leadership
