Women Take the Lead – Worcester, MA

Women Take the Lead is a group designed to help female leaders in the nonprofit sector by providing peer networking, business development, education and mentoring.

For this first quarter session of WTTL in Worcester, MA we’ll have guest speaker Monique Lorenzo from The National Conference for Community and Justice who will present Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) 101 & “Social Justice” Jeopardy.

Our session will Increase your DEI business acumen by developing a deeper understanding of the intersectionality and co-existence of nine social identities: race, class, gender, sex, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, and body size.

Through this transformative learning experience, you will be able to explore how your identity and authentic leadership matter for engaging in meaningful DEI work. This workshop will create a pathway for innovative workplace culture and inclusive workspaces.
