Who are your Rising Stars!
It’s that time of year again where we are looking for Rising Stars in your Organization to win our annual TANGO Foundation Rising Star Scholarships.
Our “Rising Star Scholarships” are awarded to individuals in the nonprofit sector who have demonstrated a pattern of success and a passion for the work they perform. These funds support the continued professional development of these rising stars so they can be more impactful within their organizations. Last year we gave out four scholarships totaling $30,000 and we look to do the same this year where our winners will be announced on the field at our Celebrate Nonprofits Night with the Hartford Yard Goats taking place on August 3rd.
Nominees must meet the following criteria to become a recipient of these awards:
- Proven track record of success in their current position
- Passion for the mission they serve
- Ability to become a positive change agent within their organization
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
