Women Take The Lead

TANGO Women's Committee
Elevate female business leaders through thought leadership and peer networking to identify actionable strategies that help the nonprofit industry adapt and thrive”

Women Take The Lead (WTTL) is a group created by TANGO to support women in the nonprofit sector by providing peer networking, education, business development, and mentorship.

Led by female leaders in both the nonprofit and for-profit sector, WTTL’s goal is to build a community of women who support one another through thought leadership to help them expand their professional networking group and advance their careers. Women Take the Lead is eager to discuss imperative topics not happening in the boardroom while providing a sanctuary for members to share their challenges.

The group currently meets quarterly and is open to women working in the nonprofit sector or for companies that support it.
