How HR Can Impact Unemployment Rates!
A majority of the nation’s nonprofits overpay their state unemployment insurances taxes annually. Such overpayments can snowball into tens of thousands of dollars annually. Money that can better be spend elsewhere. Join us for this 30-minute briefing covering how your organization can guard against state unemployment insurance over payments.
Results of the Nonprofit HR Survey: How Do You Stack Up?
Have you ever wondered what other nonprofits are doing? Whether it’s how much PTO others offer, sabbaticals, or how competitive you are with salaries and other benefits. Many of us want to know where we stand against our peers.
In the second portion of the workshop, you will be given a nonprofit HR trends update, an interactive discussion that will review 501(c) Agencies Trust’s 2017 Nonprofit HR Survey.
Last year, 501(c) Agencies Trust’s HR Services department conducted a comprehensive HR practices survey of its membership – 1,500 501(c)(3)’s from across the nation. The goal was to uncover human resources areas where the membership may need further assistance. The five main subject areas covered in the survey were: Hiring, Separations, Benefits, Engagement and Wage and Hour.
