For the foreseeable future, workforce health and wellness strategies will need to operate in a new paradigm of rapidly changing marketplace forces. Employers must think through how “the new normal” will impact all areas of an employee’s well-being, including mental, emotional and physical health, safety, financial well-being, social connections and interaction. This session will provide specific considerations for employers as they adapt to post-recovery and reprioritize employee well-being.
