Join Ed Spinella, Chair of Murtha Cullina’s Tax-Exempt Organizations Practice Group for an edifying and entertaining discussion of current hot legal topics and important lessons learned “the hard way.” Ed has also compiled important legal questions that he routinely finds his clients have been afraid or embarrassed to ask.  Together, Ed and the audience will demystify popular legal misconceptions and taboos.  Ed will use an anonymous survey tool to encourage audience interaction.  Feel free to submit a confidential question to Ed in advance of this presentation and he will consider integrating it  into this presentation.
