As we close out the year, I am proud to reflect on what has been a truly strong and meaningful year for TANGO. Together, we achieved important milestones that underscore both the relevance of our work and the strength of our growing community. In 2025, TANGO expanded its membership to more than 2,000 nonprofit organizations and extended our geographic footprint, connecting leaders across new regions who share a commitment to building stronger, more sustainable nonprofits.

This growth is not accidental. It is the result of the collective energy, generosity, and leadership of the TANGO community—our members, partners, contributors, and champions—who show up every day with ideas, insight, and a deep belief in the power of nonprofit collaboration. I am deeply grateful for the work you do, often behind the scenes and always in service of your missions and the communities you support.

As we enter the holiday season, I want to extend my sincere thanks and warm wishes to everyone who makes TANGO what it is. Your dedication, creativity, and willingness to share knowledge are the foundation of our momentum. I hope this season offers you time for rest, reflection, and celebration with those who matter most.

Looking ahead to 2026, I am excited to continue building on this progress—strengthening our network, expanding opportunities for learning and connection, and supporting nonprofit leaders as they navigate both challenges and opportunities. Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we are just getting started.
