400 years after the Mayflower made landfall off Cape Cod we are once again getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving. This year is certainly different.

The pandemic has brought much sorrow and immense challenges to many, especially those front line caregivers. While this year’s traditional feast will be smaller than years past due to travel restrictions and a daughter in quarantine, I remain thankful for all we have.

Even with the strong headwind of the pandemic in front of us I am pleased to report that this was a highly successful year for TANGO. We have eclipsed 1400 nonprofit members, expanded our resources and tackled some tough issues like diversity, equity and inclusion.

Next month we will be putting the final touches on 2020 by awarding our Rising Star Scholarships (there is still time to nominate one of your exceptional employees) and preparing for a better year in 2021.

I wish all our members and partners a healthy and happy Thanksgiving… and thank you for all the great work so many of you do in our communities!
