TEAM, Inc. Accomplishments

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for TEAM’s services grew significantly. We stepped up as a lead resource provider in our region, and continue to work through these difficult times together. We leveraged and coordinated food drops that provided 391,000 meals throughout our community, including local food pantries that are seeing, on average, 1,908 individuals in need every month. We saw a 257% increase in diaper need and provided 73,400 diapers in 3 months during the height of the pandemic. Additionally, during that time, our childcare classrooms provided care for the children of our local hospital’s doctors and nurses, and our childcare programs currently continue to provide a safe place for children to grow and learn while allowing their parents to get back to work. Additionally, we saw incredible generosity from the community in 2020’s holiday toy drive and had our most successful year, providing toys for over 1,600 children in our region.

TANGO’s Impact on TEAM, Inc.

TEAM has benefitted from TANGO’s services including trainings and conferences. A recent one on legacy planning was very helpful to us. The trainings are relevant and keep us up-to-date on many of the changes affecting non-profits. We also utilize their list of preferred vendors that have been vetted and used by other nonprofits. These connections have been a great resource. We are very appreciative of TANGO!
