Yesterday we were notified by Harvard Pilgrim, one of our Partner Carriers participating in our TANGO Health Insurance Exchange, that they are planning to make donations to all our participating client nonprofits. This is in recognition of the challenges our nonprofits are facing due to the pandemic and the work The Schuster Group and TANGO are doing to support the sector.
We want to thank Harvard Pilgrim not only for this donation but for sharing the vision that collectively we can bend the healthcare cost curve for our Nonprofit Members. Last year the TANGO Health Exchange generated over $1,000,000 in premium savings for participating Nonprofits…those savings went directly to support nonprofit missions not insurance carrier profits. Once again, a big THANK YOU to HP for their support of TANGO and the nonprofits we collectively insure!
The TANGO Health Exchange is a proprietary health insurance program available to nonprofits with more than 50 eligible employees offered exclusively through TANGO’s founder The Schuster Group. Harvard Pilgrim is one of the carriers who have built special plans for TANGO’s nonprofit members.
